2021 Greater Flint Youth Hall of Fame Nomination Form
Click the link above to get to the Nomination form for the 2021 Greater Flint Youth Hall of Fame. This form must be submitted by January 4th, 2021 to be considered. Once this form is submitted an application will be mailed to the nominee that must be filled out and returned by mid March. Scholarship opportunities are available for the youth bowlers who are elected to the hall of fame.
