The Greater Flint Youth Hall of Fame is taking nominations until December 31st of 2014. Once the nominations have been received they will be verified and applications will be sent out to the nominees within a few weeks. The applications then must be sent back in for review by an independent committee. The nomination form is available by clicking the link in this post.
